SPOTIFY WRAPPED IS THE REALEST THING IN MALASAÑA
For the launch of Spotify Wrapped 2023, under the concept "The realest thing on the internet," we decided to transform Malasaña, a neighborhood known for being fake and full of posturing, into the most real one of all.
To achieve this, we filled its streets with creatures representing 'your most authentic self' in 2023, showcased neighborhood data, hosted a bingo event with Lorena Castell, and created the most genuine sweatshirts in collaboration with Nude Project.
MEET YOUR 2023 REAL SELF
One of the peculiarities of the 2023 Wrapped was the creation of 12 different creatures representing your true musical personality. To ensure everyone knew them, we filled the streets of Malasaña with these creatures and encouraged everyone to discover which one represented them best.
For this reason, for the video wall we are going to recreate a room that is as realistic as possible, full of small details and posters that we can change program by program depending on the guests and the theme they will talk about.
THE REALEST BINGO EVER
The realest neighborhood needs a party that's just as real. And for that, we only need one thing: our Wrapped 2023.
Lorena Castell, known for her show 'Bingo para Señoras', hosted an evening where the guests' Wrapped was the protagonist, bringing together influencers and artists.
Everyone had to filled their bingo cards with the results of their Wrapped. We created a special bingo drum filled with all the possible musical answers.
The winner? The first one who got all their answers sang by Lorena.
THE REALEST SWEATSHIRT
Sometimes people uses their clothes to express their music taste. But how can we know if that's real?
We partnered with Nude Project to create the realest sweatshirt: a sweatshirt to brag about the minutes of music you had listened to during 2023.
In order to get them, people just had to show and prove with their Wrapped what their number was.
The result? Stock out in less than an hour, 100 sweatshirts given away and thousands of minutes of music.
